Opted for a quick overnight transit, but found the room unkempt and the staff's demeanor off-putting. While the location is convenient, the overall cleanliness didn't meet expectations. Future guests might consider alternative accommodations nearby for a more pleasant experience.

All fine, but cleanliness issues

I had a convenient stay at Ibis in Kuta, perfect for my short transit. The location is just a few minutes from Ngurah Rai International Airport, which made it easy to catch my flight. The air conditioning worked well, keeping the room comfortable. The free wifi was reliable too. However, I noticed the room had a bit of an odor, and the bathroom definitely needed some attention. The shower had low water pressure, which was frustrating. Also, the breakfast could use some improvement. while I enjoyed the Indonesian options, some dishes weren't fresh. Overall, the staff were friendly but didn’t seem fully aware of my Accor member benefits. It’s a decent place for a transit stay, but there are some areas that could definitely improve.

The room was equipped with a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, electric kettle, and a private bathroom with free toiletries. I enjoyed the soundproofing and the generous wardrobe space. The breakfast buffet featured a nice mix of Asian flavors like fried rice and congee. The spa and wellness center was a great addition, providing a relaxing experience after a long day.

My stay at ibis was fantastic, even better than my last visit in kuta. The staff exceeded my expectations with their service, and the delicious indonesian breakfast was a highlight. I felt safe and comfortable throughout my short stay.

We loved the spacious room and the welcoming staff made us feel right at home. The kids particularly enjoyed the recreation area, which kept them entertained while my wife and I relaxed. Lilis at reception was super helpful and friendly.

For dads, it would be great if there were more activities for kids.
